What these terms cover

These terms cover the use of this website and the work, slips and storage arranged through Blenker Boatworks & Marina (“the yard”). Using the site or booking with the yard means you accept them.

Rates on this site

The rates shown here are the yard's published rates: per foot, per hour or per month, as listed on the pricing page. They exist so you can plan. The price that applies to your boat is the one in your quote; it depends on the boat's size and condition.

The length estimator multiplies the length you enter by a published per-foot rate. It is arithmetic for planning, not a price the yard has agreed to, and it does not price jobs that need a written quote, such as a bottom job.

Slips and storage

Wet slips and dry storage are billed monthly by the foot, with the minimum lengths shown on the pricing page, and sales tax is added where Florida requires it. Ask the office about payment arrangements for a slip or storage space.

Your boat at the yard

Booking work, storage or disposal means you own the boat or have the owner's authority to arrange it. Insurance on the boat stays your responsibility while it is in a slip or on the hard. Tell the office about anything aboard that could endanger the people working on it.

Dates

Dates for haul-outs, slips and repairs do not come from this website. Ask the office for dates. Weather and tides can move any date for work on the water.

Words and photographs

The words and photographs on this site are the yard's. Ask before reusing them. The yard keeps the site as accurate as it can and offers it as it stands. The quote for a job is what governs that job.

Florida law governs these terms.

Revised terms replace these on the same page, and the date at the top moves with them.
