Blenker publishes its rates per foot for haul-out, short haul, wet slips and dry storage, per hour for labor and forklift time, and a flat rate for a pressure wash. What does a haul-out cost?
Haul, block and re-launch is $25/ft. A short haul, a pressure wash, forklift time and labor are separate lines.

What does a wet slip cost?
Both docks are billed monthly by the foot: the West Dock is $25/ft/month with power included and the East Dock is $25/ft/month without power, each with a 25-foot minimum, tax applicable.

What does dry storage cost?
Dry storage is $25/ft/month, with a 23-foot minimum. Trailer storage is an additional monthly charge, stored off-site; ask the office for a quote.

What about repairs, painting, detailing and disposal?
Repairs, painting and disposal are priced in a quote for your boat. The published pieces are labor at $150/hr and, when the boat has to come out of the water, haul, block and re-launch at $25/ft. Ask the office how a detail is priced.

The jobs themselves: outboard service, engine and transmission repair, fiberglass and gel coat, marine paint systems, boat detailing and boat disposal.
What is not included in these prices?
Tax applies to the monthly charges, slips and dry storage, as the yard states. Work priced by quote, such as bottom jobs, engine and fiberglass work, painting and disposal, is outside these rates. So are detailing, parts, paint and repairs found along the way. The estimate below leaves them out too.
