Blenker Boatworks opened its doors in 1984 on the banks of the Manatee River in Bradenton, Florida. What started as a small family operation has grown into the Gulf Coast's most trusted full-service marina and boatworks — 120 slips, a 35-ton travel lift, and a crew that treats every vessel like it's their own.

We're family-owned and intend to stay that way. That means the same faces, the same standards, and the same accountability year after year. When you call, you're talking to someone who knows your boat — not a call center, not a rotating staff, not a franchise manager. We are the real deal.

Being family-owned shapes how we run the yard. We don't answer to shareholders or quarterly targets. We answer to our customers and to the reputation we've spent 40 years building in this community. That's a different kind of accountability — and it shows in the work.

We've hauled, repaired, painted, and launched more than 3,000 boats over the years— if it floats on the Gulf, we've worked on it. That experience is built  into everything we do, from a quick bottom job to a full engine rebuild.
